Branded by Service
“We do things very differently,” proclaims Christine Salamone, General Manager, Renewal by Andersen® of Western New York. “Our business model is beneficial to the customer.”
Renewal by Andersen® is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. The customer experience is its source of pride and its brand. Renewal by Andersen® takes full accountability for the entire process calling its distinct approach, “the RbA Signature Service Promise.”
THE FIBREX® DIFFERENCE
One secret to the superior performance of Renewal by Andersen windows is a proprietary material called Fibrex, which the company proudly stands behind — not for one year, not for 10 years, but for 25 years! “When we sell folks a window, we take them out of the window replacement business forever,” proclaims Salamone.
Fibrex is 40 percent wood and 60 percent polymer. This composite material has the low maintenance quality of vinyl and the strong structural integrity of wood, without any of the flaws of either material. “What Andersen has done over time is they’ve learned where to apply the technology so that the window performs the best in the field in the house,” says Salamone about the frame material, as well as the glazing and other components.
“Window replacement is a big enough job that it takes the experts to get it done,” says Salamone.
You wouldn’t want to trust anyone else but the experts with something as important as the windows in your home.
