Time for a tour!
MUSIC LOVER
For some people, music isn’t a mere pleasantry, it’s essential. With 16 different zones, end-to-end tunes are piped through every room and outdoor space making acoustical scenery part of the home’s living experience. Speakers are discreet, placed within the interior ceilings and exterior landscape speakers
are expertly camouflaged. Two rooms include additional sub-woofers for even deeper immersion. Music, podcasts, television, and more are all streamed through services with audiophile quality.
A system such as this can even integrate vinyl records. Different zones offer choice. One zone can stream a television
show while music is playing elsewhere.
LIGHTING
Lighting is part of a single system, eliminating the need for panels of switches and the associated visual clutter. Instead, keypads are in each room. Occupants simply hit the light mode they want. Each mode automatically turns on designated lights at predetermined levels perfectly balancing functionality and ambience. For instance, “cleaning” is extra bright, “nightime” illuminates kick lighting around cabinets. The number of modes is unlimited; party, relax, romantic, reading, and so on.
When the mood demands a little something extra, LED colored lighting in the bar and home theater answers the call. These lights can be configured to any color combination and the home theater alone has six different sets of LED colored lights.
HOME THEATER
Screens of various sizes are placed throughout the house, but the sumptuous home theater is the ultimate showpiece. The 11.5.6 surround sound system translates to more than 22 speakers with seven different amplifiers. Shows are streamed onto a 156-inch screen with Kaleidescape, a premium movie server with lossless audio.
Security
While smart security systems have been around for some time, this version uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) while monitoring the grounds. With AI,the system can tell what merits an alert. A car or person on the driveway is differentiated from a squirrel or deer. The gate even recognizes the homeowner’s car.
Outdoor Viewing
An outdoor television room brings all the conveniences of an interior space to the exterior. An outdoor screen can be closed to temper cold breezes and a fireplace keeps things cozy. Above the fireplace is an outdoor rated 75-inch screen television. Outdoor televisions are much brighter than their indoor counterparts to combat the sun. They are also weatherproof and insulated to protect the electronics from rapid heating and cooling.
Working Together
Each of these systems is impressive on its own, but their true magnificence comes from comprehensive integration. For instance,a “goodbye” mode turns down the temperature, lowers the lights, activates security, lowers the motorized shades, and powers down televisions. “Wake-up” can increase the heat at a certain time, open certain shades, and set the lights.
If the fire alarm is triggered, HVAC systems shutdown while all the lights go on. Part of the experience of home automation comes from its intuitive, easy-to-use design. Elevated comfort, enjoyment, and safety become a seamless, integrated part of the home, making home automation systems an asset for any homeowner. Better is a mere touch of a button away!
