The Sibley Building, Rochester NY kicked off the opening of the new public art gallery with the work of two of Rochester’s internationally renowned metal sculptors,
Paul and Christine Knoblauch. Various artists will have their work featured as rotating installments

The new public art gallery just opened as part of nearly $5 million of initial improvements at the Sibley Building made possible by capital from WinnDevelopment Inc. and funding from Empire State Development Corp.
