The equation for high-quality custom kitchens, baths, closets and tiles is simple. The answer is Concept II, the result of one robust showroom plus one talented team. For nearly 50 years, this comprehensive design showroom and studio has been giving customers a graceful and much appreciated alternative to chasing down different vendors and sources for fixtures, appliances, materials, and craftsmanship.

From Concept
“We take the whole project from design to selection to installation seamlessly,” says Ross Pino, President of Concept II.
The luxurious showroom displays products Concept II uses in its installations – Wood-Mode cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, closet systems, and one of Rochester’s largest tile and stone collections. The convenience of exploring products in the showroom is anchored by having your entire team under one roof.
Pino explains, “Doing things ourselves gives us more control over the project and improved efficiency for our customers. We know where all the moving pieces are at any given point in time during an installation.”
Pino says Concept II simplifies the process while ensuring top quality. A recent installation for a new home highlights the team’s savvy ability to combine what is on trend with timeless design.

To Completion
The homeowners had a vision for their lakefront kitchen: coastal vibrancy filled with light. The bright white kitchen is clean and fresh in a way that makes you feel good. Wood-Mode cabinets have an inset furniture feel while the exposed,
oil-rubbed hardware reminisces of a historic butler’s pantry. In conjunction with the modern appliances and gleaming white subway tile backsplash, the space feels light, airy and delightfully balanced. Soapstone countertops and the marble island contribute earthy polish and sophistication.
A built-in coffee maker and built-in refrigerator drawers assert the kitchen’s quiet luxury. Upper level cabinets lighted from within glow against the window paneled doors with the warmth you’d find in a traditional French Provincial farmhouse.
Concept II gives their trademark convenience, peace of mind, and excellence, with both renovations and new builds.

Vertical gardens have long been incorporated into landscapes for their spatial aesthetics and architectural design applications.

The popularity of outdoor living spaces has fueled creativity and innovation in the furniture and accessories responsible for defining these alfresco environments.

Ever wonder how the yard of a neighbor or friend is transformed from a blank slate into an enviable resort-like setting? How do you start the process? Where do you turn?

“You don’t need decoration. You need an exquisite collection of furniture, fabrics, art, lighting, and personal effects.“
